Enterprise

PulseMark Field Diagnostic Enterprise

A dedicated version of PulseMark deployed for your company, with its own database, storage configuration, app environment, and managed operations support.

For OEMs that require a private deployment instead of joining the shared PulseMark SaaS environment.

Enterprise pricing

Enterprise: Custom

Enterprise pricing is Custom and sales-led. Scope, operating model, and any approved customization are reviewed before an agreement is finalized.

What we review together

  • Deployment needs, usage model, support scope, and rollout timing are reviewed before an Enterprise agreement is finalized.
  • Enterprise is for dedicated Field Diagnostic deployment and approved workflow scope; certification workflows remain outside this product.
  • The PulseMark team will help confirm whether Standard Enterprise, Custom Enterprise, or a standard plan is the right fit.

Usage and retainer

Usage still needs an operating agreement

  • Enterprise deployments may use customer-owned infrastructure/API accounts or managed usage billed separately.
  • Customer-owned usage accounts are available for OEMs that want direct control of approved storage, API, database, or infrastructure providers.
  • Managed usage may be available where PulseMark provides approved usage accounts and bills usage separately.
  • Enterprise deployments include a required Managed Enterprise Operations Retainer.
  • The Managed Enterprise Operations Retainer covers ongoing monitoring, maintenance, updates, support, usage oversight, and operational optimization for the dedicated deployment.

Provider Bridge

Outside providers stay connected, not reclassified

  • Provider Bridge can be included or added depending on the Enterprise agreement.
  • Outside providers are connected organizations, not normal OEM users.
  • Provider work consumes the OEM/customer's usage according to the Enterprise agreement.

Adoption path

Standard plans remain valid starting points

  • Many teams start with a standard Field Diagnostic plan - Trial, Pilot, Starter, Shop, Fleet, or Operations - to validate workflow fit before evaluating Enterprise.
  • Enterprise consultation is recommended when dedicated deployment, custom integration, custom workflow scope, security review, multi-location rollout, or a managed operations agreement is clearly the right fit.
  • Standard plans remain valid starting points for serious OEM teams that do not need a dedicated private deployment yet.
  • Enterprise implementation requires planning and coordination.
  • Enterprise does not replace the need for a clear internal operating process.

Planning and coordination

Enterprise still depends on internal readiness

Enterprise does not launch instantly. It takes planning and coordination. Enterprise does not replace the need for a clear internal operating process.

Implementation planning covers deployment shape, access, workflow expectations, provider coordination where applicable, and the operating responsibilities that sit with your team after launch.

Next steps

Discuss fit before scoping an Enterprise deployment

Use Enterprise when you need a dedicated private deployment, approved custom scope, or operating terms that do not fit the shared environment. Otherwise, standard plans remain the fastest path to adoption.
